OPGW Optical Cable Preformed Suspension Clam

Single Suspension clamp are mainly used for OPGW cables connected to straight towers or towers less than 15°. The suspension clamp consists of inner and outer rods, AGS clamp and connecting fittings. The clamp grip is greater than 15% of the RTS of the OPGW cable, which disperses the stresses and better protects the cable from bending stresses and stress concentrations. Suspension kits have excellent fatigue resistance and can also provide support and vibration damping.

Single Suspension Set for OPGW is mainly used for hanging and supporting OPGW on a straight pole and tower. Meanwhile transmitting axial load and diverting axial pressure which provides well protection for the optical ground wire. The grip strength of single suspension clamp shall not be less than 18% of the RTS,and the maximum single side suspension angle of single suspension clamp is 15 °- 18°, above configuration is a general configuration.
