The products of the NXJG(L) series are used for fastening and tensioning insulated aluminum overhead contact lines (JKLYJ) with insulator strands at both ends of the clamp or the tensioning section of the insulated aluminum overhead contact line (JKLYJ) up to 20 kV. The products are equipped with different plastic wedge cores depending on the cable specification.
1. The wire spines have a wedge-shaped appearance with the advantages of uniform tension and high tensile strength.
2. The outer shell is made of high-strength, oxidation-resistant aluminum alloy by die-casting, no hysteresis, eddy current, with energy-saving advantages.
3. The inner wedge is made of insulation-resistant reinforced plastic, which can withstand an AC voltage of 45 kV for one minute without breakdown or flashover.
4. The pull plate is fixed by cross bolt, can be rotated 360 degrees, bite-type structure, strong integrity, easy to install.

Summary
This series is mainly used in power distribution systems below 20kV or 10kV for fixing insulated aluminum conductors to the corners or ends of insulators on pillars.
When the two opposite wedges in the shell are pulled through the conductor to create a slip at the same time, it can be closed inward to increase the clamping force on the conductor, and the clamping force is proportional to the tensile force of the conductor and increases. The clamping force is proportional to the tensile force of the conductor and remains, effectively preventing the conductor from slipping.
