NXL Series Wedge Strain Clamp (single ear)
The NXL type insulation strain clamp is appropriate for distributing wire up to 10KV, fixing the antenna insulation aluminum conductor or the bare aluminum conductor on the rotating angle or insulator of the terminal tie rod, and then fixing and tightening the antenna conductor.The insulation cover and the tension clamp are used in tandem to provide insulation protection.

Performance Features Of The Insulating Cover
1. Industrial frequency withstand voltage should be ≥ 45kV holding voltage for 1 minute without breakdown or flashover.
2. Insulation resistance is ＞1.1x1014Ω.
3. Ambient temperature is -30℃-90℃.
4. After an artificial climate aging test lasting 1008 hours, climate resistance is good.
