Nut Wedge Type Adjustable Strain Clamp
The NUT strain clamp is used for the installation of galvanized iron wires and for fastening ground wires and guy wires to guyed masts; it uses the arm force exerted on the wedge to fasten the galvanized iron wires in the clamp.
NUT strain clamp serves as an anchor and is used to secure the conductor or lightning line on the tension insulator string of the non-linear tower. It is also utilized to secure the pulling line of any substitute pulling line. the stranded wire was locked in the line clamp by the application of wedge splitting force. For the purpose of manufacturing malleable cast iron, a wedge-style tensioning clamp body and wedge are used. Steel stranded wire is bent into the same shape as the wedge that is installed in the line clamp. As the stranded wire force is applied simultaneously to the wedge and the stranded wire along the clamp's cylinder wall to the clamp outlet slip, the clamp becomes increasingly pulled tighter until it is gradually pinned tight.

1. NUT type strain clamp are made up of a long, adjustable U-shaped screw, a wedge, and a wedge mother.
2. It is suitable for installing galvanized steel wire type GJ-25 ~ 70, and it is used to fix the hanging wire as well as adjust its length.
3. The product needs to protrude from the cable periphery and be placed at the bottom of the cable to facilitates hanging cable installation operations or changes.

When the anti-theft cap is elected, the installation method is as follows:
1、Tighten the nut with an ordinary wrench and put on the matching anti-theft cap.
2、Set on the matching anti-theft sleeve, and use the special anti-theft cap wrench to screw on the nut.
