JY-G And JBD-G Splice fittings And Connection Fittings
Splice sleeve is a kind of tubular splice fitting, also called connection fitting, belonging to the line fitting, which can be used for connecting conductors or ground wires, and can maintain the electrical and mechanical properties of conductors or ground wires.
Application
JY-G and JBD-G splice sleeve are used for the two terminals of conductors and lightning wires of overhead power lines, where the tension of the conductors and lightning wires is not subject to the tension of the connection, and also for the repair of conductors and lightning wires.
Technical Specification
1. The mechanical strength of the connection point, should not be less than 95% of the calculated pull-off force of the connected conductor.
2. Splice point of resistance, should not be greater than the resistance of the length of the conductor being connected.
3. The rated voltage of the splice point, long-term through the load current, the temperature rise shall not exceed the temperature rise of the conductor.
