The JY-type full-tension splice sleeve is suitable for all aluminum-clad steel-core aluminum stranded conductors (ACSR). The inner sleeve is made of hot-dip galvanized steel, while the connecting tube is a seamless extruded aluminum alloy tube.
Technical Specifications
1. The mechanical strength of the connection point shall not be less than 95% of the calculated tensile strength of the conductors being connected.
2. The resistance at the connection point should not exceed the resistance of the conductor length being connected.
