Henvcon offers services to clients during three stages:

 

Pre-sales

  • Clients are welcome to send us messages and get a quote from our specialist. We can help in selecting the correct specification and model so that it can be the most suitable for your case.
  • We also welcome clients to visit our factory and discuss further about the details of the partnership.
  • All emails, messages and calls will be answered promptly to ensure an efficient conduct of business from both sides.

 

Sales

  • Henvcon strives to deliver orders on time according to the requirements on the contract. Furthermore, ensuring the products we produce are up to the national standard with high quality and precise quantity is vital. The company places significant efforts in satisfying every one of our customers.
  • If required, Henvcon can offer users a clear instruction in teaching them using our cable fittings online, so that clients’ own project can be conducted safely.
  • If a client needs an order to be completed urgently, Henvcon can arrange special production priority to that client, giving that the requirements and terms are negotiated and agreed by both parties. The company always strives for achieving together with customers.

After-sales

  • If there is an issue related to product quality after sales, Henvcon will reply within 8 hours once we received the message or emails from the client. In some special case, we will appoint a technical service personnel within 24 hours or entrust the local sales provider or agencies. Our staff will be leave the site until the problem is fully resolved.
  • If there is any damages, quality in low, or the amount of product is incorrect before clients finishing inspecting the order, Henvcon holds full responsibility on such issue.
  • Henvcon offers a 12 months guarantee in quality. Within this period, if there is any quality problem occurred, we will offer free service in resolving the problem, returning money with mutual agreements. When services are offered, we promise the service will be delivered within 10 days and reasonable expenses are borne by Henvcon.
  • If the problem is caused by the client, Henvcon will actively offer solution to clients tp ensure projects are conducted smoothly, however the costs shall be borne by the client.
  • If there is changes in specifications, designs, types and quantity, Henvcon will actively respond to client and try to meet changes within a reasonable range.
  • If changes leads to the inability of using the ordered fittings, Henvcon will actively find a best solution with clients without damaging any party.
  • In the process of installation and usage, Henvcon can send out professional technicians to assist the process, provided that technical guidance of client’s project can be offered to Henvcon. In this case, our technicians can perform the task clearly with a better understanding.
  • Henvcon regularly access the clients’ file and assess the efficiency of the project to improve our service through statistical and qualitative analysis. Suggestions and feedbacks from clients are valued heavily in Henvcon. Any improvement of product and customer service shows our pursuit to perfection and meeting the needs of all our customers.
